I liked this so much more than traditional CE courses! The immersive experience included me in the process so I could see for myself how other healing practices work. I felt like not only did I gain knowledge but I've walked away better in a mental health sense for myself!

The CE presentations were so great. They were informative in ways that diversity presentations often are not. The connection of the CE talks to the activities of the day and being able to see how the topics play out in the everyday lives of the people- there is absolutely no way to capture that from a traditional 'conference/ webinar' perspective that we so often get in the field. Thank you GMA for this immersive and transformative experience!

This immersive experience was absolutely more impactful and informative than traditional CE experiences. To connect with the people that you want to serve and get a first-hand look at what they are up against in their country and amongst their families, you see things that textbooks cannot teach you. Leaning from the women themselves and from the spiritual and mental health teachers and advocates of the country what they are up against MATTERS in this field. We need more experiences like this.

I am still living in the experiences that we all had together and have not been able to find words for it. Honestly, Im not sure I want to. Our retreat was a felt-sense of love and community and no words can be used to describe that. I learned how much I miss having a community of safe women surrounding me and how healing that experience can be!

So well organized, I didn’t have to worry about anything! I felt completely comfortable at all times and was well taken care of!

I'm already seeing a difference in how I hold space for my clients and how I value the need to hold my own intentional reflection space. I feel calmer and slowed down during therapy sessions which is contagious for my clients!
